2. General conditions:

This document regulates the conditions under which you can benefit from the services offered by the provider. By making a reservation for accommodation and/or services you agree to the cont ent of these terms and conditions.


3. Services offered by the supplier:

Accommodation, restaurant, other services (activities and relaxation areas) The houses available for booking are on our website www.rovillage.com To book the whole location please contact us before booking to receive a personalized offer.

4.Accommodation

4.1. Check-in

Accesul pe proprietate este permis incepand cu ora 12:00 in situatia in care a-ti solicitat servirea pranzului in prima zi de cazare, iar accesul la casa rezervata se efectueaza incepand cu ora 15:00 Check-in-ul serealizeaza in baza unui act deidentitate valid, pasaport sau permis auto. Dupa ora 22:00 check-in-ul se poate realiza doar cu notificare prealabila .

4.1. Check-out

Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. and access to the property is allowed no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Confirmation and modification of reservations Any reservation made by the guest is considered confirmed and legally effective only after it has been confirmed by Rovillage by an e-mail sent to the guest. After making reservations, they can only be changed with the express consent of Rovillage. Requests for changes to reservations that have not been approved by Rovillage do not entitle the guest to a partial or full refund. All bookings are subject to availability. Rovillage assumes the right to refuse any reservation without restriction, without compensation, at its discretion before it is confirmed. Rovillage reserves the right to cancel any reservation for justified reasons, with the obligation to refund the amount paid in advance, and the guest shall not be entitled to make any claim or demand for compensation of any kind from Rovillage. If the guest does not show up on the date stipulated in the reservation, he is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid in advance. There will be no refund for unused services or services booked but not used or changed during the stay and paid in advance.

5. Restaurant - Table service

Breakfast is included in the accommodation package purchased by the client. Additional lunch and dinner meals are purchased from the property's restaurant. The supplier provides customers with a fixed three-course leek/chicken menu, but we will try to accommodate food preferences or allergies. The fixed menu and meal times are displayed at the property. The completion of the request for the meals to be served and of the special mentions represents a firm order towards us and the guests will be obliged to pay the countervalue of the meals to be served, being included in the bill, even if the guests do not show up at the table during the time of serving or refuse to be served: for lunch -17 euro, for dinner -17 euro. Cancellation at no extra charge is required 24 hours before the day of cancellation. It is forbidden to eat food purchased outside the premises.

6. Activities and relaxation area

Rovillage is located at an altitude of 700 meters at the foot of Mount Gaina and is intended for people familiar with the activities, conditions and risks specific to the area. The relaxation areas in the rovillage are: 3 baths, 3 saunas, 2 salons, a swimming pool and hammock areas.
The activities and relaxation areas listed above are made available to guests on a voluntary basis by RoVillage depending on availability, guests' physical condition, weather conditions and other criteria concerning the safety of the activities and do not involve additional costs for guests.
Rovillage does not guarantee access to the activities and relaxation areas listed above by concluding an accommodation contract, as there are numerous factors that may cause them to be discontinued for objective reasons. Guests also fully assume all risks related to the exploration of the perimeter of the property or access to the relaxation areas.
Guest access and participation in any of the activities offered in the relaxation areas is strictly at their own risk, Rovillage assumes no responsibility for the safety, integrity and security of guests.
It is forbidden to operate the sauna stoves or heaters by guests and it is mandatory to request assistance from a Rovillage representative.
Moving existing hammocks on site or installing your own hammocks on the property is prohibited.
For your safety please take note of the following Pool Rules:
- The pool has a depth of 1.5 m
- Jumping in the pool is prohibited.
- Access to the pool is only allowed after a shower to remove acidic substances from the body resulting from the natural sweating process or from the use of sunscreen creams and oils.

- Access in and out of the pool is strictly via the access ladder
- Entrance to the pool is in a swimsuit only, no casual attire or underwear allowed.
- Children under 14 are not allowed in the pool without adult supervision
- It is forbidden to run on the edge of the pool and to play reckless games on the edge of the pool, it is forbidden to push people into the water on the edge of the pool.
- No smoking in swimming pools

7. Methods of payment

All payments not made online in advance will be made in cash at check-in or with a Mastercard or Visa.
Payment with American Express, Dinners Club or other types of cards, cheques or holiday vouchers is not possible.
If the identity of the cardholder used does not correspond to the holder of the reservation, the payment can only be made in cash.
Payment for additional accommodation and services rendered during the stay will be made at the time of check-out unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the Rovillage unless their presence has been approved and confirmed by e-mail ( hello@rovillage.com ). There are several pets on the premises of Rovillage, which is the reason for the prior notification and acceptance of pets by companies.

9. Prohibitions and responsibilities

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of Rovillage mentioned in this document or which have been brought to the attention of the guests by other means or the commission of any act that may affect other guests or their property, Rovillage staff or collaborators or property on the property entitles Rovillage to immediately cancel the reservation and request the immediate departure of the property.
The following activities are also prohibited in the Rovillage:
- Taking objects out of the room
- Excessive alcohol or drug use
- Use of own audio systems (including portable speakers, loud phone, etc.)
- Use of drones or professional photo/video equipment without prior consent of Rovillage
- Smoking is prohibited on Rovillage property except in specially designated areas
- Throwing cigarette butts or rubbish in places other than the specially designated ones
Rovillage assumes no responsibility for interactions with wild or domestic wildlife, insects, snakes on property or poisonous vegetation.
The guests expressly assume the obligation to be vigilant and state that they have been made aware of the existence of these types of dangers.
Rovillage assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to guest property.
Any person present on the Rovillage property is liable for any damage caused to the property or to other guests is to make full reparation for damages in accordance with the laws in force.
Guests are obliged not to leave any minors unattended on Rovillage property. Rovillage assumes liability for damages caused to guests directly due to its own fault and is obliged to repair the damage thus suffered and proven.

10. Force majeure

That cause or circumstance (e.g. war, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, blackout, strike) over which the contracting party has no control shall release either party from its obligations under the contract as long as such cause or circumstance continues.
The Parties shall qualify as force majeure any external event that leads to the impossibility of full or partial operation of the resort.

11. Modification of terms and conditions

Rovillage reserves the right to modify, change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications will take effect within one day after their publication on the website without prior notice.
